Sounds like an infection. You need to see a doctor.

Well there's only 3 things it could be. Pregnancy, infection or disease. Since you don't use condoms 2 of those are a very real possibility. Not taking your birth control properly also increases your odds of pregnancy. I would say see a doctor and have full testing done to check for infection (UTI, etc) as well as STD's and pregnancy.

Symptoms of a bladder infection are generally pain when urinating (burning), frequent urge to go, urine with an odour, etc. The discharge isn't a sign of much, as this is common discharge all women get. Do you take your birth control perfectly? IE same time everyday?

yes I am, no I don't, I am on birth control when I urinate it's almost like a small orgasm feeling, no itching no burning and no swelling. just a tingling feeling in my clitoris that causes me to have the urge to pee, but sometimes I don't. the tendor clitoris started a couple of days ago and the discharge was yesterday, the spotting blood started today.

Are you sexually active? If so, do you use protection? Are you on birth control? When you urinate, do you have burning or pain? Is there any itching, burning or swelling?

There are a number of problems that can be wrong. The info you've provided doesn't really tell or give much to go on.
