pain in ovary areas during cycle

I had twins a couple years ago and now when I have my period I flood the first three days and my ovary hurt so bad at times could that be a sign of endometriosis

Do some research and talk to your doctor about  mirena or paragard ? I have a cooper T its a paragard  no hormonal kills the sperm with the cooper anyway mirena the hormone one can slow down heaven flow and help ease any menstruating discomfort please talk to your GP loads of help out their do some research too as everything thing there is going to be some negatives trust me when I went to get me forums where like no hurt like hell, worst experience ever yeah you get the good with the bad I got a bladder infection after I had mind put on and my period was all over the place for 2 months but now it's settled down and you know what best decision I ever made but wanted to get away from the pill been on it from 14 now 25 wanted a change also another suggestion try a menstrual cup love mine good this helps xx oh I've also had a baby that helps for having the IUD put in

Could be, also a sign or fibroids or ovarian cysts (which are normal to have and usually harmless but cause discomfort).  I would talk to your doctor about it at your next pap smear.  good luck
