really want to know what is the problem of the sperm that's getting out??? I'm also trying to get pregnant but my boyfriends sperm is leaking out every time.

Remember the sperm are released in the liquid, they attach to the woman's cervical mucus and travel to the egg to fertilize it that way. The liquid usually comes back out. Normal. good luck
You can try laying on your back for 30 min. after. That may increase your chances. But truthfully, some sperm stays in, anyway. Don't worry too much. And do not use douche. Blessings - Blu

Hi there. There is a lot of sperm inside a small amount of ejaculate. So, some will always leak out.

it doesn't matter if the ejaculation leaks out after you have sex, it's going to do that 95% of the time. The sperm is within the liquid and as long as it gets inside of you, the sperm gets transferred and lives inside of the vagina for 5-7 days. So don't think that something is wrong with you or something if it keeps leaking out when you go to the bathroom, or are walking and it randomly leaks.
