potassium level

could low potassium cause my body to have muscele spasms all over my body??? In pain need so idea whats causing this Thankyou

Yes yes yes, I had a patassium attack, my levels was so low, my hands cramped closed like I had a stoke my body felt numb,  also low vitamin D Levels can cause a lot of cramps and aches

I think so, at least, when I was getting leg cramps my nurse practitioner told me to take potassium and to drink tonic water with quinine.
