Believe me, my way back when boyfriend did not get anywhere near me when on a hot summer's night we laid next to each other naked. I was in ovulation, he was horny, 6 weeks later I started upchucking...ta-da! I now have a daughter to prove the point. That was 22 years ago.

The pre-ejaculate actually contains more sperm than the rest of the ejaculate. Nature is very clever in getting us humans to pro-create. Look it up!

The liquid that comes out before you ejaculate, also known as pre-ejaculate or pre-c*m, does most often contain sperm.  There have been many studies that say that it doesn't contain sperm, however, most often, if you have recently ejaculated, there is still sperm in the duct where semen comes from.  So, when you have pre-ejaculate, sperm from the previous ejaculation comes out in that.

So...the short answer...yes, most often, the pre-ejaculate does contain sperm and DOES carry a risk of causing pregnancy.
