This is what doctors recommend for conception---  track cycle by counting.  First day of your period is cycle day one.  On cycle day 10, begin having sex EVERY OTHER DAY for the next 10 days.

I did track temperatures but it mainly lets you know when you've ovulated after the fact (as your temperature will go up).  It's a good way to understand your cycle better----  but the formula above is most likely to result in conception. good luck

Honestly, there is n evidence that sitting with legs up will result in pregnancy.  I wouldn't bother with that.  Just from the perspective of a woman that worked on TTC herself.  Women don't have to be a pretzel or lay in bed after sex to get pregnant.  good luck

If the woman is positioned upside down (or undoubtedly more comfortably, simply lays on a 45 degree declining slope) for perhaps 15 to 20 minutes, the semen will be left in for longer and I think this should improve her chances of becoming pregnant.

Charting her early morning temperature each day to determine her most fertile point in her period and refraining from much sex except for those times is another way of increasing the chances of conceiving a child.

Hi there and welcome.  Yes, this is natural.  Semen is encompassed in liquid and the liquid comes out.  No fear that sperm is headed in the right direction even with the fluid coming out after intercourse.

good luck!
