sharp, crunching breast pain

I am a 27 year old female.   i have been experiencing a sharp pain inside my right breast for a couple of days.  it is especially "active" with movement and stretching of the breast.  It feels like a "crunch"  I can hear and feel.  This feels like my nipple is attached somehow inside and is being torn away from its attachment with the movement.  There are also a couple of bumps present in the area which are raised but with indented centers.  This is the second or third time in my life I have experienced the pain and I have known it to last for weeks.  The pain is jarring and nothing comes out of the bumps.  I did breastfeed both of my children for 2 years each and I stopped with my second son about 6 months ago.  Please help, I dont have insurance and this is extremely painful and unnerving

This isn't an answer but I'm having the same problem! Not much pain thankfully, but I feel these bumps or balls in my right breast and when I squeeze them they Crunch! Then a weird sensation and mild little sharp pains follow...not to mention both breasts itch from the inside terribly and my right nipple, coming from directly inside!!..there is no sign of rash or any marks to explain the itch ...it is very bizarre and incredibly alarming..my doctor couldn't help...I'm very worried.

That does sound odd!  If your doctor isn't concerned though, I'd be less worried yourself.
