sharp navel, vaginal pain and irregular periods

Intense pain, like an extremely small need being shoved through my navel and down, out my vagina. During these spells I have to stand, feel dizzy, and can't move or else the pain will intensify. I have had this problem as long as I can remember. I can remember being as young as 6 or 7 years old and I could not move to get out of a car. My father had to carry me into the house the pain was so insane. Considering I started my period at thirteen I  don't understand how it could possibly be endometriosis due to the fact that I have had these pains long before I started my period...
I only get the pain directly in the navel and pelvic area and straight through my vaginal area. These cases can happen randomly they have become less frequent as I have gotten older *now age 18*  I haven't had my period in almost 70 days....I have always been irregular but not this terribly. I'm a virgin...soo....no pregnancy possibilities. Now that I haven't had my period in so long these pains are showing up more often. I have done all kinds of research. Does anyone have any sort of answer? I'm terrified of infertility issues.

I have the exact pain! I am so relieved I'm not the only one. I remember being a kid and checking out belly buttons with my friends, and since I was the only "innie", they wanted to poke mine, but it was too painful. Then a few months ago my boyfriend was tickling me and pushed my belly button in and I felt the same intense, sharp pain. It disappears immediately once you stop pushing, though. I have always had problems with vaginal pain, especially during intercourse. It is very similar to my navel pain. I am wondering if anyone else experiences these two pains, and if so, could they be related?

I came accross your comment while google searching weird stabbing pain from my navel to my vagina, i have been experiencing the same discomfort for the past couple days now and have had similar issues in the past but never lasting this long and never this unbarible. If any one has talked to a doctor about this and has any kind of information for me please reply. I have other issues reguarding my female parts and want to be sure that this isn't directly related to the other.

I get the same thing!!! I dont remember it ever happening until my periods started, but I thought it was weird and I've been too shy to consult a doctor or my mom or anybody, I thought it was just me.... I'm glad it doesn't happen often.

It's eery how similar this sounds to my situation. I've always wondered what that pain was and it's also happened to me since I was young. I've noticed sometimes it happens when I'm dehydrated but I'm not sure. I'm also trying to find out what this may be which is how I came across your post. Good luck finding out info and I'll keep you posted if I find anything out also.
