unusual scent coming from vagina

i have been sexually active for about 2 years now with only one partner. he has had sex with one other person, but did so with a condom. we have been regularly having sex for a few months now and have used a condom until recently because i started birth control a little over a month ago. about a week ago i let him "finish" inside me. about two days later when i went to the bathroom to pee i noticed a smell that i have never smelled before. it was pretty awful, unlike anything before. just once i experienced discolored discharge that was slightly brown. sometimes i notice the smell and other times i dont, and the only time i notice it is after peeing. does anyone know what this could be? i am pretty worried and i'm only seventeen. any information would be greatly appreciated. thank you

hmmm??? usually if they finish inside u, that day or a day later u will notice more discharge because all of what he finished will flush out...as for the smell unless its like a fishy kinda rotten smell and the discharge is greenish or greyish, thats a call for concern, which probably means an STD...but if ur sayin brown u may wana google that and try and see if u can get an answer that way worse case senario make a docs appt
