vagina white discharge
I'm having vagina white discharge from a long time and because of it I'm suffering from back pain. Please help me to get rid of it . Any medicine or exercise or anything else please help me

Oh, and as far as other things you can do---- never douche. That is really bad for women. Eat probiotics or probiotic yogurt, wear loose cotton underwear and change it frequently. good luck

Hi there. You are linking the discharge to back pain? Well, that would be the kind of link that you need to see a doctor for right away as then the discharge would be due to something like an infection. if you think it is a yeast infection--- the discharge is usually thicker with a few curds or lumps in it and it is typically very itchy. They do make over the counter medication for that-- Vagisil or Monostat. However, if it is any type of infection, a doctor needs to see you and treat you. The back pain is concerning if it is truly associated. good luck
