vaginal acne?

i'm new to this so I apologize if I am putting this in the wrong category. anyway, I am only 15 and for a couple of years now, I've dealt with these pimple-like bumps on my vulva, surrounding my clitoris and completely covering my inner labia. as far as I can tell, they stop at the entrance to my vagina. they are not painful or anything; they are just there. i have popped the ones surrounding my clitoris and they are filled with a substance like pus. however, the ones covering my inner labia are unpoppable because they are so small, they almost look like a rash. I've learned to live with them but their presence do worry me. I am not sexually-active (except, if it'll help figure out what's wrong, I do masturbate). I hope I've described my problem fully and that i can finally find out what these pimples mean.

i have gone to a doctor and was told that it was normal, just something about glands but I doubt that. i don't think it is thrush, though, because I have no other problems: no irritation, bad odor, or anything. I do get a seemingly abnormal AMOUNT of discharge, but it doesn't look or smell abnormal.

You know, I'd go get an exam by an ob-gyn in your shoes.  There are things like ingrown hairs, but the complete covering of your inner labia does not match that.  It might be thrush.  I wouldn't be popping them, I'd go see a doctor.
