Its most definitely Perfectly normal discharge, your body produces this liquid as a natural cleansing. As long as it doesn't have a foul smell or has a bold change in color, such as green or yellow, or grey, Your okay.

What your experiancing is just normal discharge, most women will get this at some time in their life. If it starts to get a smell or it turns a funny color, go and see your GP

If it's white and/or clearish as you describe, it's just normal discharge. As long as there's no bad odor, yellow discharge, burning or itching, you should be ok. So yes, it's normal to have discharge and you could try panty liners in your underwear. Good luck to you :)
