Is all my pain because of anxiety?

I’ve been dealing with headaches, eye pain, brain fog, heavy legs, depression and very bad anxiety for about 4/5 years. I’m afraid to go outside and bump into someone I know and have a conversation because i already know that I’m going to be uncomfortable and in pain. It’s painful for me to even move my body and walk for 5 minutes. I’ve done every test and they are all negative and nobody knows what it is.

Same thing. What in the world in going? Just hang in there, you'll be allright. Things aren't easy, I know, a year and 6 months that literally feels like a brick on the back of my or on top, weakness in my muscles, joints, blurred vision, forgetful, rapid heart beat and so on.  Leave a message if you need to or just to leave message.

It definitely could be anxiety.  Talk to your general doc about it as your first step. They can refer you or treat you if necessary but it is a good place to start in order to begin working on this. But anxiety definitely can cause these things.  And overall, they can look if there are any other sources to treat.  If they've already been ruled out, our mental health causes all sorts of symptoms.  Therapy and medication work best to fully treat anxiety. good luck

It could be the anxiety -- you're describing a pretty bad phobia problem, almost agoraphobia.  You could also be describing thyroid problems, blood sugar problems, hidden viruses or infections, nutritional deficiencies of several different nutrients, so it's impossible to tell.  Sometimes the tests docs give aren't really very thorough, particularly for thyroid problems, but assuming the docs are right and there's nothing physiological going on, then you might have something like fibromyalgia, which also includes depression and anxiety.  Depression and anxiety for extended periods of time can bring on these kinds of neurological problems.  What are you doing to treat the depression and anxiety?
