i suffered really badley with yeast infections during my pregnancy the doctor gave me cream and an insert but i was told not to use it to regularly as it would irritate even more. The only time it will affect your baby is if you have a natural birth as your baby may get the yeast infection once born but its not much to worry about just go see your doc if your worried
you could always go to the doctor! i had yeast inefctions all throughout my pregnancy. they have to give me a cream and insert to help it because monistat wasnt doing anything
read the box, it would say if you could use it while pregnant
