Hi:  What about led light treatment for floaters?  I have floaters now going over a year and they are a nuisance aren't they?  I heard about light treatment does anyone know about that; please email me at ***@**** Barbara

Hi Michael:  Thank you for answering my question; i wanted to know i am considering the led treatment; i have a flashlight how do you do this treatment?  Will this dissolve them?  I have been seeing them settling down a lot lately; do they settle down or what happens over time?  Thanks; Barbara.

Hi:  Thank you for answering my question.  I am still going to go through with the consult on tuesday.  I found a doctor who removes floaters; and am desperate; how do you know let them disturb you emotionally?  It is a hard way to live.  Thanks again for answering my questions.  Barby

Barbara, please say your money unless you want give it away for LED light treatment.  It will not help your floaters.  There are a few rare surgeons that will use a modified yag laser to zap floaters.  Not standard of care, can't give it the thumbs up, not covered by insurance, but some desperate patients have tried it.
