Please help- Using Heroin While Pregnant

I was a hard core heroin addict for about a year, I quit and was clean for about 4 months. I am 10 weeks pregnant and relapsed for about a week. Ive only done a couple of bags a day...I am done now i am going to go through dope sick but i need to know what i have done to my baby. i feel so ungodly guilty and do not deserve to be a mother. this is my first child and i can not believe i got high. please somebody tell me what i have done. please.

1234betterlife she is great she sould contact .I am going to strong encourage you to find some type of recovery plan AA/NA or therapist something .It so important you are very early on and there are going to be a lot of stressful moments. Then when you have the baby being a new mother is overwhelming on it own .Give yourself and your baby the best gift you every can a clean sober mom.Hang in there we are here to help.

hi hang in there.  we have an ob/gyn nurse on the forum.  i will send her a message and have her contact you.  she is great.  so glad you are done with this ****...i am sure she will contact you when she gets on.

hang in ther some one will be here soon who knows more tham I do about heroin,not to scare you but the first trimester which is where you are in your pregnancy is the trimester when all the vital organs are forming so please don't do any more your baby deserves a clean start and so do you sweetie be strong,good luck to you
