my grandson was taken from my grand daughter due to being branded with alighter and bruises inside the ear my daughter had custdie of him while this was going on dcf messed up in court and lost the case in which she got him back he was improving when my daughter had him now he is keeping his fist shut all the time wont even open to eat when he sees my daughter he gets very happy but he has to go home with his mom and then holds his head down is there anything that can be done
