WATER, WATER, WATER
FRUIT AND PORRIDGE.
I say this because your digestive and intestine track takes a while to sort its self out. I am three weeks and one day clean and can only now eat properly. I know with codeine my monster Whilst using it keeps water in the gut making it difficult to go to the loo. Once you withdrawal all that water comes away. It takes a few weeks for you to properly digest food. I am still eating and going to the loo with undigested food. If you get what I mean. what goes in comes out exact out. Eat food that are easy absorbed and quickly into the body. Add sugar or salt to your porridge as you withdrawal you will loose minerals and vitamins. Keep rehydrated drink at least 1.5ltrs of water a day.And 5 bits of fruit. The sugar will give you energy. Slowly after a few days try bits of normal food and see how your body responds. But keep eating healthy as your body will need goodness to recover and heel. Appetite will take a while to return to normal you may only want to eat for survival not pleasure. I hope this helps
