Thomas Detox--Make You Sicker???

Has anyone actually used this thomas recipe with success?  I DO take zoloft (which is a SSRI) so it makes me a little leary even to try but also, the huge amounts of these supplements seem like they would just make your guts want to bleed!!!!  I have a hard time even taking a multi-vitamin without stomach upset but If anyone can tell me that this recipe really worked for them, Id be willing to give it a shot!!  My withdrawal problem is that I CANNOT TAKE OFF OF WORK so I will be trying to kick my hydro habit while still working with 2 year olds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Any suggestions on the best way to do this and STILL WORK would be greatly appreciated!!!

Very important to stay positive....think of all the reasons u should think of all the positive things u can...think of reasons why U CAN do this...be positive...and no one an really tell u a fool proof way to do this with no pain at all...but keep trying

There are liquid vitamins and supps. The thing that is so important is to take them 2x/day. Many are water soluble and go through you too quickly. Taking 2x/day helps them stay in you.

I am sort of on it but not taking the quanties that is suggested, I am taking what the bottle says. I also went to a drug interaction site and put in the antidepressant I was on to see if there would be any interactions with it and it did come up with one, 5htp that I should not take with the Remeron. It could cause something called serotonin syndrome and could be fatal.

So google Zolof Interactions to be on the safe side. I'm like you, I thought that was a lot of pills to be taking.

Worked great for me .You are some what limited because you are on a ssri . but the vitamins should help a bit .If the vitamins gives you stomach problem take them with a meal .I worked with little ones and made it threw WD it was really hard but doable .
