Help! My new addiction

Since I stopped taking the pain killers, I can't stop eating ice cream sandwiches!!! Help, if I keep this up I am going to be the size of a cow!!  I know this is funny so you can take it that way.  If you have any suggestions I will glady take them, how can I stop?

grievingwidow-why don't you post and we can help you get rid of that opiate addiction and have you trade it!!

jaqui- Yes is does taste good but I used to not like ice cream.  I would rarely eat ice cream and then it was only in the summer and it was mint chocolate chip.  Now I will eat any ice cream I can get my hands on (or is in my freezer), but especially ice cream sandwiches!!

I think you are very fortunate - I would give anything to trade my addiction to opiates for an "addiction" to ice cream.

Why is it ice cream that we are all drawn too?  We need to ponder this question.  I understand the chocolate addiction, it stimulates serotonin production to make us happy, but why ice cream??  Can someone answer this question?

Mine have been root beer floats with chocolate ice cream. Its os bad even my mom noticed how oten I eat them. Crispy, any idea on how to wean myself off of them!

Skinny cows ice creams there are really good and low calories I have the same problem I CAN'T SPOT EATING ALL DAY!! not just at night all day I have to put something in my mouth (that didn't sound good)
