Help! My new addiction
Since I stopped taking the pain killers, I can't stop eating ice cream sandwiches!!! Help, if I keep this up I am going to be the size of a cow!! I know this is funny so you can take it that way. If you have any suggestions I will glady take them, how can I stop?
Crispy- That is great!! A taper plan for my ice cream sandwiches and then I will have to deal with less withdrawals when I get to one!!! Haha!! I needed a good laugh, but seriously I might try that!
Cathy-Maybe we can try to quit smoking together and be eachothers support. The worst part is in the car. I have an hour ride to work and smoke 4 digarettes on my ride. That makes 8 for just the ride. I smoke a pack a day!! I used to only smoke 4 a day. It is just the pain pills, it sneaks up on you. Maybe we should try a taper plan on the cigarettes. What do you think?

It is so common for an addict to trade one addiction for another. Seek counseling. Try going to a CA meeting (carbs ananonymous :) Just say NO to carbs! Lmao

eeerr smoking??? i think i could quit pills 10 times again before smoking. BUT, i really need to. maybe we could form a quit smoking support group. maybe i will join NEXT WEEK> lol
break your sandwichs in half and try to wean yourself off with one half less each day :D
Yeah I am smoking a lot more now, since I quit the pain pills. I have to slow down on them and think about quitting. My husband and I have decided that we should stop and we are suppossed to talk about it tonight when I get home from work.
