Feelin yucky FLu??? HUMMM

Well here it is day 6 NOT 7 and I am mentally doing a lot better then yesterday, just physically feeling yucky. Doing the whole hot/ cold sweats thing and my feet are freezing again. Its hard to tell is there a time limit when you say ok your done withn the WD and its something else or is it to soon for it not to be WD? I'm confused I don't want to get discouraged thinking I was threw the sickness and in fact I'm still going to be WDing and feeling yucky, or is it this cold and getting the flu? AHHAHHAHAHHAHAHH Just have to vent cause I am a big baby and i hate being sick.

Welcome to the forum !   Yes RLS is a very very common withdrawal symptom.  Keep reading and posting.  You will get so much helpful info here.    Mary

Oh thank you. I am excited to get off these things. I have been on them the better part of 10 yrs!!!!!!! I have been doing ALOT of research which is how I ended up here. I am going to try the "tapering off", I don't know how bad the WD's will be but from what I've read, this makes the WD's easier.

I have just joined today & I go to the Dr. in a few hours to tell him I want to get off the hydro's. I have been reading here & see it won't be to easy, but then I didn't expect it to be. I am nervous but happy at the same time.

I remember still having cold feet at 4 weeks and NO energy. I found i had a few of the symptoms off and on for up to 5 wks...and i still have rls, but i had that before, so that may be why I still have it.  In any event...just  hang in there....it will pass...do what you need to take care of yourself....and  soon you will be turning the corner and this will be a distant memory....DAY 6 ....WOOHOO!!!!  Good job!!!

I wish I had energy to clean. I thought for a minute I was going to be ok 9 days clean. But seems like a may be in for more. Hang in there and I will grab my boot straps!!!

I remember posting on my 6th day I had no energy and no one seemed to understand.  I felt horrible and weak, I was dehydrated and the RLS was horrible.  Hang in there it will let up.  BUT think it was much better than day 3 wow I thought I would die on day 3.

Yeah I think it is still the WD its I'm doing good one day and crappy the next. Today being crappy day. i think I'll maybe go take a shower and try and get busy. Lord knows my house could use a major overhall if I could just get the energy to do it. Thanks guys. BOOO HOO BOO HOOO

I remember having cold feet for 2-3 weeks! I would sit in my chair with a heating pad under them. The rest of me was ok.

aww , its ok to be a baby when ya dont feel well!!! we all just got over the flu a bit ago, and it sux...  ill listen to ya cry, just post away hon... much love
