How long does the internal shaking last?  I, of all people, cannot believe I let this happen to myself.  How long are withdrawals using 1/2 - 2 per day for 3 years.  ANYONE??

Thanks so much.  Yeah, I was only taking 5mg (1/2 of that) per day and sometimes went to 1 (5mg) to the most of 2 but not everyday.  I have taken at least a 1/2 every day.  I know this is a very low dose but I have been doing it for a long time.  Feel a little cloudy but otherwise, not too bad.  

Thanks so much for the tips.  It's so friggn hot out that I don't even want to leave the house, but that's not a good thing.  Too much time to think!

Hi...I tapered from percs, 6-8 per day;  everytime I cut my does (every 2 days) I felt the change.  I took Aleve and drank Starbucks double expresso shots to keep me alert and focused while working.  I also drank alot of h20 and exercised. Answer to your question, about a week after you stop completely but no where near as bad if you stopped cold.

As Worried said, you're on a low dose and should be OK rather quickly.

R u speaking of 10-20 mg of percocet a day?...that is a relatively low dose if so and it should be over in a few days...good luck and hang in there

I don`t know if percocet is like darvecet  by the physical part took a good week to get past cold turkey. The mental part is alittle harder. but you can definatley do this!! Today is day 48 for me and this site will help you ALOT! GBU keep posting

I'm tapering here too so I didn't think I would feel this bad.  What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Tomorrow is back to work so I hope that'll go well.  Can't take off because I was of on Friday.  Job is high stress and I need my total brain to do it.  Hope that'll happen tomorrow.
