cutting off ties like avis said is the only way to stop this neverending cycle..it gets old month after month..this is a very hard thing for people to do/cutting off supply/but when u do it it means u mean business...muscle relaxers, phenergan, imodium, cal/magnesium before bed can all help..read up on the thomas recipe in the health pages..when this kinda stuff starts tho..the running out and stuff..it is time to make a plan..and when u ready..the forum is always here
I think you know what you have to do...by the time your refill is ready you will be past the worst part...the choice is yours, stay a slave to a drug or be free from it...you choose...it's not easy but worth it...good luck and keep posting...most people find that after they quit, the pain prior to addiction wasn't that bad...I don't know about your injuries or the extent of the pain associated with it so I don't feel confident to give you the advice you need...only you can decide what's right for you, good luck and God Bless
The first thing I would do if you truly want to quit is call the pharmacy and cancel your refill. As you know the first few days are going to be very rough.Everything you are already doing will help a little.Muscle relaxers an electric blanket that i wrapped snug around my legs .Exercise something everyday even if its just a walk helps so much .Make sure to drink so you don't get dehydrated you can do this we will be here to help.
