Today is number 8th and I'm craving more than I ever Have. But I have'nt HAD ANYTHING. Every dream I have .Someone is offering all these pills and they are  in my hands then they turn in M&MS.I'm not even going to figure this out!! I hope everyone else is doing well.I get so much out of thid web site

congrats on 8 days!  perhaps the reason u havent used is u r DONE!  u reached the point where u realized using is not gonna fgo anywhere..nowhere but down....when u r sick and tired of being sick and tired...quiting is a bit easier for u..doesnt mean it is a piece of cake..but just a bit easier...sounds like u may have been just plain over it!  good for u and keep posting

Way to go on 8 days now joy, I am sure most of it will be the mental part now and it can be very difficult. At first my drug dreams caused me to crave, in fact I still have the odd one and they are strange like yours, I sometimes even woke up thinking I had just relapsed. I think dreams help us, it's a release, but sometimes also our addiction still fighting. It's best to stay busy and talk through a craving cause they always pass, just don't let that craving turn into an obsession, that's when we get in trouble. Your doing great!
