I guess there may come a time when many of us wil leave...for good reasons hopefully, some dont feel the need to continue to post when clean, others do...we have long term recovered people and newly recovered people on here

avisg, avalanche,oneeagle, zzzaacckkkk, road to recovery, flamagi, vicuser, the oxys, the doves, chi chi, lost marbles, clamity. bmc, toxictome...lots and lots  more....we will be strong together...

I had a message from IB a few days back and she was talking about how this forum has become addictive and how she needs to cut back on being on it all the time, It is understandable I suppose... she has been a beacon of positivity to me and many, many others here and she is a wonderful human being just like the rest of you guys... I'm sure she will post once in a while to let us know how she is and yes it is extremely sad but all us guys can do is wish her well, send lots of love and always pray for her and each other... Prayer really does go along long way... love to all you guys as always.... you people are amazing... NEVER FORGET THAT!!!

Sometimes you have to leave for a while. When people are going through the horrible times of WDs or just sitting on the fence trying to decide what to do it can get to you when you are clean and past some of that. I had to deal with a lot of mental stuff and I had to leave for a few months or I would have been a really ugly person and not helped anyone at that time. I'm back now and I want to be here to help and tell you that it can be done and it will get better. Cut IBK and Gizzy some slack. They may need some time to get strong or they might be back in a day or so. We have to keep 'em in our thoughts and wish them to stay clean and strong.
All of you guys really make my day and I'm glad to be back:-)

Beautiful possitive post. We do all need that right now!  We will miss ib, but, we are still all here for eachother.  People come into our lives for a reason, and when it is time, they have to go too.  There is a reason for everything and good comes from everything too.  so much good came from IB.  Let's remember that and keep the good going thru all of us.
I would like to ask everyone to pray for Bonnie that she has peace and happiness in her life.

ur right..i have looked back on posts from a long time ago and none of those people r here so it kinda makes u wonder what happened?did they get clean and leave?...did they stay clean?.....right now this forum is so important to me i couldnt leave no way but im sure there will come a time that we all will leave and be replaced by new people just ike the ones of the past...its just sad to c someone like bonnie go but if its what she has to do i support her........
