Day one of taper

Okay, today is day one of my taper plan. I'm very nervous because I'm use to taking lortabs and my taper plan is with tylenol 3, My doctor is helping me with this taper so I have to trust him. But I know that the lortab are much stronger than the tylenol 3. Will I have to do this. I really need all of you guys help again. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to wish you GOODLUCK.  I did taper once (with Darvocet) and it was much easier than going cold turkey (for me).

makesure you ask for help here because every question you may have, one of the great people on here will be able to explain and help you with.  lots and lots of knowledge and support here.

This is the best way to do it . I tapered with t3 once i did not have any withdrawls going of the T3s . Remember a lot of this is mental so think positive.

You can make it. By going to Tylenol #3s, it will lower the amount of opiates your getting. It is going to be OK.
