im detoxing from tramadol and cocodamol on friday ive left my diary blank for 10days for this.. is there any advice on thing i could get to help me in this proces?

Any pills left? Any refills? You don't seem to be answering this very important question. ive tried it dosent work ive prepared all week for it i just want to go straight off them ive gone a day without tram and the withdrawal was nothing compared to a few hours without codiene :/ i really want to do this

can you be disciplined to do a taper of the trams?
the codeine you can cold turkey.

ive been on up to 8 a day for 6months. the codiene for over 2 years x

what dose of tramadol have you been on?
have you tapered them?
cold turkey from tramadol is not recommended.
there is a seizure risk and also there is an anti-depressant
component in them which makes the anxiety worse.
