Jimmy..u go dude! and keep on going! glad for u and keep us posted
SF is a beautiful place. If you have any extra time you should go up to the Headlands, on the northern side of the Golden Gate Bridge. You drive up the hills at the foot of the bridge and it is a gorgeous view. You can see the entire city, the bridge, the ocean, especially if the sun is setting. If you keep driving all the way up and reach this little road that goes down the mountain it feels as if you're driving right into the ocean. I promise you the whole thing is breathtaking. I went there all the time when my anxiety was up after coming off the oxycontin and it worked wonders.
Congrats to you and keep up the good work I was opposite of you I was ok during day an mess at night
Way to go Jimmy, congats on your 30days. Isn't San Fran a nice city? Sonoma is even more. Enjoy your time up north. Don't worry, the anxiety will get better, It took about 5 weeks for me and it dissappeared just as fast as it showed up. Try and relax and take deep breaths when you feel the anxiety come on and try to not focus on the feeling, go with it and let it go. Take Care
