I too Ditto the above..It is just the evil part trying to take you down..Start feeding the Spiritual side so it can grow stronger and stronger. YOU now how a Reason to Live..It does take many changes and lots of work to get going in the right direction. Pray alot and you will have some Blessing..Take what you have for today and be very Grateful for what you do have..The big thing is that YOU do have your Life back.
This is just part of the Emotional roller coaster and it will pass. Do not give in and feed it. Time & Patience is what it takes to balance back out..It soon will be good..Life is not always going to be peaches and cream, but we sure can live life on it's own terms by getting support and talking things out...This is why Support is a must!!!! It is a WE thing not a ME thing..The ME thing is what got us in trouble. Please be SAFE!!!
Bless
I will Pray for You..Please just hang on to your sobriety you have so far.

Hi sweetie, I agree with everything above, great post.  Listen, go journal it out right now if you can,....it may help.  Let it all out !  Get outside and just breathe.  You have so much more than some hon, just have to clean the funk from those drug clouded eyes so you can see better.  Please talk, you're not alone here...loads of prayers of strength coming your way. Hugs

Greetings Newlife.. Congrats on your 2 months !! I feel proud for you! I'm sorry to hear the sadness in your very short sentence. Depression is nothing to mess around with The one things it wants you to do You should not ! It wants you in bed not moving not eating and feeling sick You need to fight back a lil.. I mean it is not easy to get off drugs You may need to force yourself outside for a walk, force yourself to clean something but I would recommend getting outside as much as possible the sun is healing the life going on around you re-affirms your life ! I camped the first year a lot it was a blessing as Nature has a way of restoring ourselves... You may want to speak with your Dr. about a Antidepressant for a few months just to give you a lil help.. You really have to work at this on all fronts spiritually physical as well as emotional Are you plugged into any groups ? Human contact is wonderful.. Do you have any hobbies ? Life is what we make it Make yours the very best you can You are Free to do this now !! I wish you the very best Newlife.. lesa
