Will detox be harder because i sniff my pills i dont know y i know it gross.  For the wd what should i have ready.  I have zanax and seraquel.  I hope i dont crack on day two or three.  I know if i can beat those days i will never put myself in this position again.  I have no reason to use these pills I take them for fun.  Not fun anymore.  I am up to min of 8 to 12 pills a day 10-325.  Also I will b home by myself is that not good.  I do have friends that can stop by and look after me.

In a way snorting pills is harder to stop as it hits the brain faster and causes more of a dopamine/endorphin release...snorting pills makes for a fast sought high but short lived as a rule and eventually to extraordinary doses due to the "crash" after the fast peak...there is alot of info in the health pages//one on dopamine and wds will help u understand why snorting can be a bit harder..chewing is harder than swallowing to stop...shooting up drugs being the hardest of all

but we r all different..thing is u wanna stiop//and that is great//ur dose is not horribly high and very do-able...keep posting..make a plan..have u tried any counseling of aftercare?

ike lisa said keep posting it helps not to think about how bad feel etc...plu takes mind off laying there just thinking about pill. Want have worse w/d nose may hurt a bit depending how long been snorting. May miss snorting if your nose starts bother you bad message and let you know what to do. I had snorted for yrs and my nose was mess but i healed it now fine. Message me if you need to whatever reason Holliee
