Has anyone tried taking rozerem to help sleep when tapering?  I tried Abien a few years ago and it wired me all night.  Last night, I took ,1 clonidine and 2 soma and I just knew that would put me to sleep and all it did was give me a big buzz and i was wired for a few hours.

I know I just need some sleep!

Funny, same here, benadryl and sudafed wire me too!  guess we won't be crack heads  lol

I have never used it but I know some OTC meds have the opposite effect on me...like benadryl wires me....There are some safe sleeping meds out there..talk to your doc...lunesta.....elavil...trazodone all help with sleep   I take a small dose of ambien and it knocks me out....I guess I am lucky

Same here, I tried it once before and it worked great except for a buzz in the morning for an hour

It seems like when I've taken it in the past it has worked...it's just that right now I cannot sleep....anxiety, stress and tapering....
