Norco was my doc I agree just stop taking them, the worst will be over in 4 to 5 days and walking really makes a difference any activity makes a difference I scrubbed walls, it helps with the body aches and helps to sleep. Hot baths right before bed, jump in right after that will help for a little while and just know that it will be over soon.
You don't have to be alone we will all be here for you!!! You can do this it is so worth a few days... I'm in your corner and will be looking for your post
I tapered and it made it easier for me but a lot of people have trouble tapering. Let me knwo if you need help.
I agree you should toss them out..You will feel better soon and out of the fog..sleep is something that plagues all of us for awhile after quitting..It will eventually get better..hang in there and keep posting. we know what your going through and are here for you..You will be in my prayres..
Hang in there - As soon as I could, I got out and walked - fresh air, and any physical acivity helped me - otherwise the walls kept closing in.
Good Luck bwell. I'm new to and having serious w/d from percocet. It hasn't been one day and I'm miserable. I wish you the best.1
Oh...i see...u r taking benadryl...and it is not working?...have u tried melatonin? staying with the natural stuff is best but some do use an rx for the first week or so especially if u have to work
you just have to wait it out. sleep is slow to return. but it does. you are not alone. you have us and we have all been there. you can make it if you try really hard. take it one hour it a time till you can make it one day at a time.

Good luck...at this point i would probably just ditch the rest of them as by taking one here and there u may be prolonging this....what r u using for sleep and naxiety? there are some good articles in the health pages on vitamins and amino acids...lots of support here...hang in there
