what i can expect on day 6 of cold turkey

Gradual use of Xanax 4mg and Ativan sometimes
Nov 16th tapered ashton manual
2/26 off the Xanax and ativan
tapered 5 mgs Valium from 50 MG every 2 weeks after till i got to 30 mg valium
4/21 *Benzo Free* on high amounts of Phenobarbital (90 MG) to make sure I dont have seziures, tapering down 15 mgs every 3 days.
4/25 75 MG Pheno till 4/29

Ive been feeling quite well lately, i know the half life of the valium isnt out of your system  until about 200 hours, but i feel pretty good, symptoms are quite manageable. Anyone else been on valium that can be here for support or insight? BTW, I am a 21 yr old female average height and weight (BMI 24)

sometimes you have to give it time.  Time zones differ and not everyone is on during the day if they are working.  I promise you will get the support.
