Hello and hope you are doing well.

Pneumonitis refers to inflammation of lung tissue and causes shortness of breath and cough. It is usually caused by certain medications, fungal infections or due to certain allergens. This can cause local lymph nodes to enlarge referred to as adenopathy. Treatment usually starts with elimination of the allergens and can progress to using antibiotics, steroids and if needed oxygen therapy.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
