No amoxicillin and sulfa are two different groups of compounds. Amoxycillin is primarily excreted in urine. So if you have come in contact with your cat’s urine along with the contact with the spilled tablets, it could have caused the reaction. Try some anti allergic for now. Also try not to touch the urine of the cat. Maybe while the cat is unwell, you can use gloves while handling the cat.
