Help! Cat dander issue

Hi. I am moving into a townhouse. Landlord told us no pets ever lived in the townhouse. I am allergic to cats. Well as we were preparing the townhouse, (cleaning) to move in, we saw cat hair everywhere. I did a reverse lookup on the previous tenants and found their myspace page which had pics of not one but 2 cats living in the place. Luckily the landlord had the place painted a month ago, had the carpets cleaned with chemdry, and when he learned of my allergies paid to have all the air ducts cleaned out and sanitized. I have been vacuuming and cleaning the windows and my eyes aren't red or itchy but I am noticing swelling under both lower eyelids. Could this be from the cat dander or something else? My throat isn't itchy and I didn't sneeze once. What is your opinion? Thanks.

If it is from residual cat dander, this will go the way of the cat dander. However, since you have one allergy, you may have others.
