Increased levels of SGOT, SGPT and creatinine

My blood reports of 13 Nov 2011  say:
SGOT  245.4
SGPT  228.9
Other parameters in the LFT are within normal range
Blood Urea Nitrogen   27.2 mg/dl
Creatinine  2.32 mg%  - this is at the same levels for about a year
I was diagnosed with Polycystic kidneys in 1991. For the past couple of years I take Loram 5 twice a day, LIPICARD 160 once a day
The SGOT and SGPT levels were
SGOT  55.8
SGPT  40.5 on      26 Sep 2011

Please advise.
