Moon face

I'm trying to figure out whether or not I have the 'moon face' or what is happening to me.  For the past few years my face has gotten considerably puffier while remaining just as lean if not leaner than before, so I know my chubby face is not a sign of facial fat gain.  I do have indoor allergies but I've had them my whole life.

My question is this.  When I stretch my mouth out wide then the close and repeat (i.e. screaming), my face will look chubbier in the mirror for 10 mins or so.  Is this a sign of fluid retention in my face?  Even when I don't stretch my face out it is still chubbier than it used to be in the cheeks area a few years back, to the extent that my face no longer looks triangular but spherical.   I have no other symptoms or diseases.  Thanks

i have a moon face and im on predisone have been for almost 3 months can you tell me what ic an do to take some of the swelling down i have gotten swelling in my stomach to has anyone out therehas swelling in there stomach to makes me look like im pregnant i went to the docter and there taking me off of them gradually they told me that it was fluid has anyone had these syptoms (symptoms) before
