Upset Stomach Caused by excess mucus???

hi! i have environmental allergies, and in the summer months when pollens are highest in Minnesota, I tend to have a lot of mucus pass through my stools, causing upset stomach, and loose stools. How do i cure this problem. I take 180 mg of allegra at night everyday.
