Worried about blood test results. Could someone help?

by David_Laurence, Jun 02, 2006 12:00AM
Hello, I am 26 years old and I recently got at blood test done which gave me the following "high" results:

Immunoglobulin A: 553
VB12: 942
VB1: 95.4

My doctor then referred me to a hemotologist.  I have a kidney disease called IGA nephropathy.

Are those results REALLY high?  And should I be concerned?  For the most part, I feel just fine.
