airbourn allergy

hi im a 32yrs old lady having a 2 and half year old daughter.
my skin is highly allergic to dry and dusty  weather .it irritates and swells after sometime. can anybody suggest me some home remedy in this regard?????

Hi,

You should drink plenty of water - at least 1.5 - 2 litres per day, eat a healthy diet and replace any deficient vitamins or minerals.

You could take some OTC antihistamine medications for the itching like loratadine or cetrizine.

Keep it well moisturised, and use a sunscreen preferably a medicated one, when you go out. Try to avoid exposure to dust and sunlight and wear lose clothes.
