ear popping driving me crazy

I have had this ear popping for around 3 weeks already, it occurs only in my left ear. The ear pops the most in the morning when I just woke up and it pops more when i toss and turn in the bed after I've just woke up. However, the popping decreases gradually througout the day. I've seen three doctors and some diagnosed me with otitis media, they use an ear piece to see and they saw that my ear drums are quite bulging and reddish, they conclude that it's otitis media and they gave me antibiotics. I'm currently halfway finished with the antibiotics but the popping still occurs. Another doctor said that it's my  eustachian tube got narrow and the mucus accumulate and cannot drain off hence the pressure build up and popping and she gave me decongestant, which after 10 days of medicine, the popping is still there. The popping sound is really driving me crazy, I'm just a 21 and I really hope the popping sound would go away. Anyone any idea on how to make it stop and what's the actual cause of my ear popping?

You should ask them to refer you to an ENT.  They will probably do a CT on you to check for chronic sinusitis or Meneires syndrome which would explain the popping.  It sounds like you do have fluid in your ears that will not drain.  I dealt with this condition for years before I was diagnosed with Meneires syndrome.  Now I use Meclazine for the dizziness and sometimes they prescribe diuretics for the fluid in my ears.  I hope this helps you a little.
