How can I help this person? As will all know I cant stop other to use it for good.

It sounds from your description that you may be dealing with 2 issues. Allergic rhinitisAllergic rhinitis, or what we all call allergies may be triggered by mold in the home. There are various medicines for this, but you can limit mold in your home with a dehumidifier and possibly a HEPA filter to filter mold spores.
In terms of sensitivities to certain strong odors, this is not a true allergy, but usually something known as "vasomotor rhinitisAllergic rhinitis" or a sensitivity that triggers dilation of blood vessels in the noseNose fracture and sinuses.
