I have had a rash on the outer side of my shin for over a year now. I went to the doctor when I noticed after 1 month it had not gone away. He said that it was severe dry skin precribed me Halobetasol. That did not work. It seemed to be less bothersome when I was not shaving as much etc... during the cooler months. I went back about 2 months ago as it seemed to flare up worse. This time he gave me Clotrimazole-Betamethasone. Still no luck. It is inflamed, the pores are large and when my skin is wet it appears to be white, like the pigment in my skin is gone. It started out about the size of a 50 cent piece and now is about the size of a deck of cards. What in the world is this???? Thank you!
