squeaky noise

i have been experiencing this awkward noise whenever i make some sort of movement in my head. for example, i swallow or tilt my head, there is this squeaky sound in my ear. im not sure what exactly is the cause, but it becomes irritating over a while. it dissapears sometimes but it comes back when im not doing any big activity.

What is your age? have you noticed any discharge from your ear? Do you have this symptom in one or both ears?

This could be due to serous otitis media or otitis media with effusion which is middle ear infection.

What other symptoms do you have?

You would need an ENT evluation nad investigations like audiometry and tympanometry to reach a confirmed diagnosis.

You would probably need a course of antibiotics.
