Brain Fog

Hello again, I am still expierncing this brain fog thing along with the sypmtom getting worse. I am on alprazolam and it really does not even help. I really do not think it has anything to do with anexity but I could be wrong. The only thing that I have noticed that has changed is I am always sick to my stomach, vision is funny, as well as when I walk I hear a constant clicking in my ears. I am worried that this is something that will not be able to be cured. I am sick of being put on all these different pills from my doctor that dont work. Please Help. Tom God Bless

I also suffer from anxiety and the doctors has change my tabs so many times and each time they have had serious problems with them and there side effects I previously suffered from all the symptoms that you stated but started 2 black out vomiting in public which was extremely embarrassing and my hands would shake and heart would beat to the point that I'd feel like it was gonna come out of my chest my doctor wasn't much help as I didn't think he understood how much this effected by daily living but eventually I went 2 a mental health clinic were I felt I was assessed properly I am now on 2 medications 1 being venifaxaline and another that I can take just b4 I feel like I'm gonna do anything that will make me feel anxious there called propranal which help me keep calm coz half of my fear was being anxious about having an attack the only problems I have now r remembering 2 take them but my body let's me no if I forget because the fog always comes back I always described it as short circuiting coz it feels like some1 is turning me off and on all the time but mental health team would be my suggestion they taylor make ur medication to ur personal needs and r very understanding I wish you every success
