Dude I feel the same way on a daily basis always worried about my health but if you have been checked out by a doctor you shouldnt worry so much...Im always checking my vitals, I never go to far from my comfort zones...Just remember that 99 percent of the time their just sensations, I know its difficult but sometimes you have to ignore them...
If you ever need to talk message me
well i really dont know whats happening to me...i was watching TV tonight and all of sudden i felt my heart going fast and i felt like i couldnt breath, so i jumped out of the chair and started freaking out for couple of minutes and i started sweating (cold sweats) like crazy then after couple of minutes i started to feel better again. I just think it was a panic attack. I have been thinking a lot about my chest pain yesterday and today spending most the time searching on the internet of what could be the case of my chest pain. I think im just having a virus and thats where the chest pain comes from but my anxiety is making everything worse and adding new symptoms. Anyways i guess when i wake up tomorrow i will know if its really a virus or not because i think if its a virus and im having such a bad chest pain i would have to start coughing soon or later.
Anxiety can cause you to have physical symptoms like you describe, especially if you dwell on them and it becomes a vicious cycle, you think about them, you get anxious, they get worse, you think about them, etc or you could be coming down with something. If your physical symptoms get worse you are probably coming down with something. If they concern you, go to your dr. and tell him/her what's going on.
