This treatment has been used in patients with JRA.  You should speak to your doctor to see if you are a candidate and what improvement you might expect.  I would also recommend that you talk to as many patients as possible who have had this procedure to see how it impacted their lives.  You will need to weigh the pros and cons and take your doctors advice into consideration.  I would suggest you get a second opinion as well.  Good luck and please let us know what you decide.
