From what I understand Bipolar Disorder's mood swings and phases can cause things like this such as when you're manic and angry you might be impulsive and act on your anger in ways without even thinking about it.
As for predicting things, I don't know maybe you're just getting lucky or the spirit of Nostradamus is possessing you or something.
Bipolar 1 and 2, both have this symtom, and I have experienced it for years, losing the trust and friendship of family and aquantainces. I would suggest that you contact your GP and get the appropriate meds for this, as with mine, it got worse as the years went on to the point where I was physically violent.
As far as predicting it, most likely, you mentally know and feel it coming on, and your blood pressure increases accordingly, until you react, then you will find that you are sad, tired and remorseful.
You may also want to look into Schzioeffective Disorder, there may be some symptoms in this area that will help you guide yourself onto the right path of recovery.
This can happen in rapid cycling. Sudden emergences of anger can be part of mixed states. Both can be part of bipolar but only a psychiatrist can provide a diagnosis. Speak to a school counselor and see if they can provide a referral.
this is called mixed states. a seroquel pill of 25mg extinguishes it fast.
